Your Role: As a Sales Associate you will support the team through all aspects of a campaign  from initial brief through to post campaign analysis. You will be key in brainstorming briefs in order to provide outstanding solutions for our clients whilst having fun doing it! 

 

Day to day you will:

 

  • Maintain and develop key client and radio station relationships at all levels.

  • Accurately manage and process orders.

  • Proactively generate advertising revenue with our clients. 

  • Manage transmission reports for campaigns and communicate these with clients. 

  • Compile competitive reports and post campaign analysis for your clients.

  • Maximising revenue opportunities across our audio and digital audiences.

  • Come up with creative ideas for client briefs.

  • Maximise client investment through group selling and creative thinking.

  • Creatively sell of sponsorships and promotions.

  • Manage transmission times for campaigns. 


What we are looking for from you:

 

  • A working knowledge and experience of the Irish Advertising/ Radio Industry

  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities with an eye for the next big thing

  • Ability to interpret briefs and provide suitable solutions through creative thinking

  • Strong administration and numerical skills
