  • Excellent communication skills and good attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise with clients by phone and email in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise workload and balance various different tasks at once
  • An understanding of radio and digital media

Job description

This role will include:

  • Office administration
  • Managing transmission times for all agencies in their required format
  • Team Diary management
  • Managing, developing and implementation new administrative systems and implementing policies to increase client satisfaction
  • Start to finish management of all client queries and issues
  • Maximising efficiency and ensuring client satisfaction is a number one priority
  • Coordinate incoming invoices and managing the day to day running of the office
