Commenting on the results, Brian McCarthy, Group Commercial and Operations Director of Wireless Ireland, owner of urbanmedia said
“ Our product continues to go from strength to strength and we’re delighted to see our radio stations deliver more audience, particularly in the key 25-44 demo. Today’s results will mean that our clients’ campaigns will be even more effective, reaching and engaging an even larger audience across those key urban centres where the majority of Ireland’s commerce takes place.
Audio in Ireland is an exciting place to be at the moment and our FM stations growth, along with growth in our digital audio offerings like Premier League Live and our Podcast Division means we see a very bright future creating even more great solutions for our clients.”
